At Refurbished Asset Management, we stand behind the quality of our tech. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a transparent 30-day return policy centered on fairness and professional standards.

1. 30-Day "Not as Described" Guarantee

If your product arrives and is not as described, or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the refurbishment, we will make it right.

  • Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: Free. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Resolution: Full refund or exchange (subject to inventory availability).

2. "Change of Mind" or "Ordered by Mistake" Returns

We understand that plans change. If you decide you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong model:

  • Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Condition: The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received, with all original accessories and packaging included.

3. Shipping Damage (Transit Protection)

If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product inside was harmed during transit:

  • Action Required: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

  • Resolution: We will provide an immediate Exchange for an identical unit or a Full Return at no cost to you.

4. Items Damaged by the Buyer

To maintain our high standards, we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged while in the buyer's possession.

  • Exclusions: This includes, but is not limited to, liquid damage, cracked screens from drops, unauthorized repairs, or software tampering (jailbreaking/rooting).

  • Inspection: All returns are inspected by our certified technicians. If an item is found to have been damaged by the user, the return will be denied, and the item will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.
