Shipping Policy

At Refurbished Asset Management, we prioritize getting your technology ready for transit as quickly as possible. We use professional-grade packing materials to ensure your one-of-a-kind assets arrive safely.

1. Next Business Day Packing

We work quickly to get your order ready for the carrier.

  • Our Commitment: Every order is professionally packed and labeled by the next business day following your purchase.

  • Example: If you order on a Monday, your item will be packed and ready for pickup by Tuesday.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be packed on the following Monday (excluding Federal holidays).

2. Carrier Pickup & Dispatch

While we guarantee your item will be packed by the next business day, the actual "Ship Date" (when the package leaves our facility) depends on the carrier’s pickup schedule.

  • Once an item is packed, it is placed in our secure outgoing mail area for the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Pickup times vary by carrier and are subject to their specific routes and any external delays (weather, staffing, etc.).

3. A Note on USPS Tracking Updates

We utilize USPS for many of our shipments. Please be aware that their digital tracking system often lags behind the physical package:

  • Delayed Scans: It is common for a package to be in the carrier’s possession for 24–48 hours before the first "Accepted" or "In Transit" scan appears on the USPS website.

  • Our Process: If you have received a tracking number, your item is packed and awaiting the next available carrier pickup. We appreciate your patience while the carrier's system updates.

4. Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure the best balance of speed and safety for your electronics.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Signature Requirement: For high-value assets (typically over $500), a signature may be required upon delivery.
