OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Refurbished Asset Management. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Refurbished Asset Management. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCT CATEGORIES & CONDITION

We offer technology in various conditions, including New, Open Box, and Refurbished.

Condition Transparency: Each listing specifies the condition of the item. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the specific photos and condition notes provided for that asset.
Unique Inventory: For Open Box and Refurbished items, we typically sell "one-of-one" assets. The item pictured is the specific unit you will receive.
New Items: Items listed as "New" are factory-sealed and may carry original manufacturer warranties where applicable.

SECTION 2 - COMMERCIAL SERVICES (RECYCLING & DATA DESTRUCTION)

By engaging our commercial services (Asset Purchase, Recycling, or Data Destruction), you agree to the following:

Authorization: You represent that you are the legal owner or authorized agent of the equipment provided to us.
Data Liability: While we provide NIST-compliant logical and physical data destruction, Refurbished Asset Management is not liable for data loss or breach occurring prior to the asset reaching our secure facility.
Finality: Once physical destruction is performed, assets cannot be recovered or returned.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

SECTION 4 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

To fulfill your order, we utilize third-party services for payment processing (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) and shipping (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

We are not liable for the privacy practices or service interruptions of these third-party providers.
Complaints, claims, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the third-party.

SECTION 5 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 6 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Refurbished/Open Box: These items are provided 'as is' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, beyond our 30-day return policy.
Liability Cap: In no case shall Refurbished Asset Management, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost data or replacement costs.

SECTION 7 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Refurbished Asset Management from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
